Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting Sales team in Sales activities including creation of sales quotes, technical presentations at customer sites, customer network requirement gathering, technology recommendations and network solution design and RFI/RFP support. This role has the customer-facing responsibility of being the primary interface for answering customer’s and prospect’s product and market related technical questions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating & performing product demonstrations, customizing general presentations to create customer specific technical presentations, maintaining high levels of technical product knowledge for signaling and messaging product portfolio, gathering customer feature requirements and submitting those requirements to Product Line Management and engineering.
