Sales Director-Telco Carrier Vertical Market EMEA Region

Position: Sales Director-Telco Carrier Vertical Market

Locations: EMEA

Responsibilities:

· Aggressively uncover, pursue and win opportunities with telco carriers for NewNet's rapidly  expanding carrier class platform, applications and services portfolio

· Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management on strategies to rapidly build market share for new, highly differentiated offerings and legacy products

· Build a robust pipeline balanced between existing customer growth/retention and new business development

· Negotiate and close contracts  

· Creatively uncover new uses for NewNet offerings

· Consistently exceed quota 

· Create client presentations, manage RFP responses, collect and report on competitive actions 

· Collaborate closely with other Sales Directors on successful strategies to address global customer opportunities

· Ability to travel to client locations and to NewNet locations in the US and abroad

 

Experience/Skills requirements:

· 10+ years experience selling directly to the Telco/Carrier market 

· Technical degree/deep technical knowledge  

· Demonstrate track record of over quota achievement carrying multi million dollar quotas

· Consistent top performance closing new design wins, maintaining revenue streams and client relationships  

· Excellent presentation skills across all levelsof the customer organization 

· Technically proficient/adept at understanding how to drive the target market to new technology offerings

· Adept at closing complex, consultative opportunities

· Experience/contacts in APAC are a plus

· Must reside in EMEA or APAC
