Product Management – Director
NewNet Communication Technologies is experiencing rapid growth and is currently looking to fill a senior level Product Management position.
The Product Management Director will work closely with sales and other field resources to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product line vision, and work closely with our internal development team and our partners to continue to deliver industry leading products. They will manage cross functional teams to exceptional performance, achieving on time delivery of high quality solutions. The Product Management Director will be the go-to resource in the company for all strategic and tactical decisions associate with their product lines.
Director of Product Management Roles and Responsibilities
P&L accountability for their product line
Define product line strategic plans, roadmap and priorities
Develop business case justification for product development activities
Develop requirements documents for new product features
Be strategic leader within the company
Pre/post sales support
Must have experience
Minimum 7-10 years of prior Telecom Product Management experience for a Telecom Equipment Manufacturer
Proven track record of defining and marketing value added services for Mobile Network Operator
Experience with Multimedia Messaging Solutions required
Strong sales/sales support skills, exceptional customer facing presentation skills
Strong program management skills, ability to manage resources that are not direct reports
Demonstrated success in profitability managing the product life cycle process
Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA a plus
