Open a Case or RMA by Phone

Call the support number listed above based on location and follow the prompts for creating a new Service Request.

Response:

  • You will be prompted to select between Sales and Service
  • You will then be prompted to select the product for which you are calling about
    • You may be prompted to enter your contract number depending on your previous selections
  • You will be placed in a queue to speak with a NewNet Network Engineer. NewNet strives to maintain hold times in queue of less than two minutes with the exception of holidays and after business hours. During these off-times a Network Engineer will contact you within one hour or less of receiving your initial call.

To expedite the call please have:

  • Your contract number 
  • Product software version
  • Information on any error messages received
  • Understanding of whether the problem is reoccurring or sporadic
  • Understanding of the conditions under which the problem occurs
  • Identification of any other systems affected by the problem.
  • Steps taken to try to correct the problem
  • The approximate number of customers affected by the problem
